Property Compare is a powerful application that enables both property investors and owner-occupier buyers to compare multiple properties simultaneously. It serves as a property checklist for investors and helps users calculate key property metrics.

The challenge was to create an all-in-one solution to help both property investors and owner-occupier buyers make purchase decisions in an extremely competitive marketplace. The app had to be designed to gather information and details and allow them to quickly and conveniently shuffle through different properties. It also had to present key buying metrics like cash-flow, gross yield, ROI, cost per square meter etc., to help in comparing properties for investment.
The purpose of creating these apps was to incorporate tools and features that simplify the process of decision-making and buying, by streamlining all the information available in a comprehensive manner.

Dot Com Infoway’s development team approached the project with a two-phased strategy.

Phase I consisted of analysis, planning and deciding on the course of action. The client’s requirements were reviewed and the project was analyzed in detail. Dot Com Infoway’s design and development team brainstormed on the various ways to reach the proposed solution and came up with a concrete plan of action to develop the app, Property Compare.
