Dot Com Infoway CEO addresses MADITTISIA, industrial association of the city

Dot Com Infoway’s CEO, Mr. C. R. Venkatesh is on a very busy schedule these days, addressing conferences and seminars, both national and international. Recently, Mr. Venkatesh was a speaker at a one-day seminar arranged by Madurai city’s industrial association for entrepreneurs, industrialists and students. The seminar, conducted by MADITTISIA (Madurai District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association), was on the ‘Scope and Opportunities in Service Sector’. Many businessmen, college students and journalists from South India attended the seminar to explore and seek the hidden opportunities of the service sector industry.

Mr. C. R. Venkatesh was a Guest Speaker on the BPO sector at the seminar. Speaking about the opportunities of the BPO industry, Mr. Venkatesh indicated that the Indian BPO industry is set to grow by 15% and this year (2010) will be a year of surplus opportunities in the sector. Addressing entrepreneurs who look forward to venture into BPOs, Mr. Venkatesh detailed on the management of the sales and operations of a BPO company. He also rendered advice on what measures and ethics will make a BPO company stay ahead in the business and how the top management of the company needs to be flexible to the changes in the industry.

The speech was much appreciated by industrialists and students as an insider’s view of the industry. Mr. Venkatesh was honored by MADITTISIA members for his outstanding performance as an entrepreneur and pioneering contribution to the growth of IT sector in Madurai city.

Added to the BPO sector, the seminar also covered various different business sectors like tourism, education and training, Information Technology and many more.
