TUV Audit successful, DCI shines on corporate radar

I’m happy to announce that Dot Com Infoway has successfully passed the ISO audit conducted by TUV, Germany this year. As a result, the company’s ISO 9001:2000 certification has been extended by a year, and we have once again come across as an organization that adheres to international quality standards and is adept at maintaining consistent performance levels.

The Auditors were appreciative of our streamlined processes, high-tech, industry-standard infrastructure and flexibility in adjusting to changing market conditions and industry environments.

Under the guidance of the top level Management, employees at our office were working hard to see through the audit. Our prim and proper maintenance of documents on official processes, improvements and measures undertaken by the company during the past year, impressed Auditors from TUV. In short, all through the audit, it was a thumbs up for DCI from the Auditors!

Apart from the certification and reputation associated with it, the ISO process yields a series of advantages to DCI every year. Some of the most convincing merits are: ISO helps us keep track of our improvements in terms of quality, services, costs and technology; measures our saving potentials and assets; gauges our efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction levels; and helps us optimize our official processes and policies to suit the current industry climate. In brief, it adds value both on internal and external levels to the company, improving its client services and resources management. Owing to all these, Dot Com Infoway is determined to take up the ISO certification process every year.
