Our Solution

Structured Project Phases:

We organized the project into clear phases for a systematic approach:

  • Phase 1: Implemented core features including splash screen, walkthrough, login, forgot/change password, home screen, menu, settings, user profile, notifications, and PG integration.
  • Phase 2: Enhanced user experience with new user registration, automatic cart recreation on transaction failure, child photo gallery, performance upgrades, and additional features like video sections, one-time donations, and more.

Enhanced User Experience: Improved user interface elements and functionality, including editable quantities, video sections in the community gallery, and seamless redirection from notifications.

Advanced Features: Integrated Axis PG, added testimonials and surveys, implemented video content for community and child updates, and developed an administrative tool with CMS and analytics.

Comprehensive Updates: Addressed various updates such as handling network issues, profile picture deletion, and renaming files during download.

Our Results

The app was successfully deployed on the App Store and Google Play, meeting Phase 1 goals. It achieved high user engagement with features for easy interaction and relevant content. Load times met the 5-7 seconds target, and initial feedback praised usability. Future phases will build on this foundation with advanced features.
