I’ve done other websites before with different companies. I think DCI is more knowledgeable. Often when you’re getting a website redesigned, there’s a salesperson who works with you but doesn’t know the technical aspects or how anything functions. They’re just there to be the mediator between you and their tech team. I felt like the three people we worked with at DCI were all knowledgeable. They were very responsive and always met those deadlines.

They understood what we wanted, and the deliverable is almost identical to what I had envisioned. I’m happy that the product I envisioned is now a reality, and they were able to make that happen. They were very receptive to feedback. Whenever we wrote feedback, we’d get a very good response in 3-4 days, and they’d be open to making the changes that we asked. Their process was fairly clear, and they were adaptive as well.
